Are you an experienced administrator currently working in the NHS or have you previously worked in the NHS as an administrator? If the answer is yes and you are looking for a new challenge then you may be the candidate we are looking for:

This is a new post working as part of a friendly admin team supporting all our clinical Therapy staff by overseeing the daily operation of the Healthroster system and working on our busy Therapy reception desk. You will be based within the Therapy services department at University Hospital Southampton.

We are looking for someone who is confident in communicating and working with a wide variety of people including staff, patients and visitors. The successful candidate will also need good time management skills and be able to respond to sudden unexpected demands in workload.

Duties will be varied but include:

  • Day to Day management of the Therapy Healthrosters
  • Liaising with the Workforce system team & Senior Therapy staff to sort out roster issues.
  • Providing weekly cover/support for out Therapy reception team
  • Requesting outpatient clinic template changes for clinical staff
  • Data entry

Good computer skills are essential for this post, along with proven administration experience and skills working in a busy office / reception environment.

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in using NHS hospital systems such as HealthRoster and EOPS/CAMIS however this is not essential as training can be given.
