We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, motivated and experienced nurse with respiratory or research experience. This role will enable you to deliver an excellent standard of clinical care to patients with asthma who are participating in research at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.
This post involves regular clinical contact with adults volunteering to take part in research that could make a real difference to future patient care and our understanding and treatment of asthma.
Our team is dedicated to providing high quality, patient centred clinical research within a state-of-the-art clinical research facility, located in Southampton General Hospital and across the Trust. The well-being, safety and happiness of the people taking part in our research is at the heart of all we do, as is our confidence that the data we provide is accurate and reproducible.
As a band 6 research sister/charge nurse in the NIHR Southampton biomedical research centre -respiratory theme, you would be responsible for:
