The Ultrasound Department is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person, who has a professional and friendly manner, to join our administration team. 

 Duties will be varied but will include:

  • The provision of a comprehensive patient coordination service within the Ultrasound Department, ensuring the planning and prioritising of patient transfers to and from the department and the relevant administration associated with this.

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills who can be flexible in their approach to work. The jobholder will need to use their own initiative to prioritise workload and maintain confidentiality.

Applicant requirements

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
