We are looking to recruit enthusiastic apprentice Administrators to join the Patient Services Centre at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS).
The Patient Services Centre is at the hub of outpatient administration within the Trust. It is a busy, friendly, interesting and often diverse department where we provide support to the clinical outpatient services based at University Hospital Southampton (UHS) and Royal South Hants (RSH).

As well as working towards your apprenticeship qualification, you will help to manage the eReferral booking process and Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathway.

To be eligible for this role you will need GCSE Grade 4-9 in English and Maths (or equivalent) and be committed to your own personal growth, development and study. You will be given paid time off the job training which may be on site or at a local college.

To provide the best service to our patients, the Patient Services Centre is open Monday to Friday 8am until 8pm and Saturdays 8.30am until 4.30pm, and you would be expected to cover a variety of shifts.
