The Child Health Care Group is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our Speciality Admin Team as Patient Pathway Coordinator within Paediatric Urology.

 

You will work closely within the Paediatric Urology administration team to facilitate the smooth running of the patient pathway, ensuring that coordinated and streamlined administrative processes are implemented and followed, focussing on the patient and their individual needs, to ensure a smooth patient pathway.

 

You should have experience of working as a medical or patient services secretary linked to a clinical service, or in a customer focussed environment, and have knowledge of medical terminology. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure, prioritising a demanding workload.

 

The successful candidate will need to be a team player who thrives on hard work and has a desire to provide a first class service to the clinical teams and patients under our care.
