Paediatric nurse practitioners - band 7 hospital at night outreach
Hospital at night / outreach is a developing service within the children’s hospital – University Hospitals Southampton. This will be an exciting role and the post holder will need to demonstrate clinical competence, commitment & enthusiasm to this developing service, with the support of an advanced nurse practitioner, matron & lead consultant.
The main purpose of the role is:
Candidates will need to be an RSCN or registered nurse (Child), at degree graduate level currently working in an acute clinical paediatric environment.
APLS/EPLS provider status is essential.
In - service competency based training will be provided supported by academic education at MSc level.
Southampton Children’s Hospital is a regional tertiary referral centre and includes paediatric major trauma.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
