Eye outpatients (Eye OPD) is expanding its services across UHS, Lymington and Romsey; therefore we are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team. Are you also productive and committed to your own development then come and join us.

The successful candidate does not require previous ophthalmic experience. You will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, IV skills, ophthalmic skills and many more. You will have a comprehensive induction and will work alongside a buddy during this time. Transition into basic ophthalmic knowledge is made on a competency based system.
We are looking for an individual who is committed to teaching & getting involved in education and development of others, as well as themselves. Protected time will be given to develop specialised clinical ophthalmic skills; these are supported through completion of written competencies. Are you proactive and able to balance some of the written work in your own time to promote your personal development? This may be the position you have been looking for.
