At University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS), we’re looking for a project support officer/analyst to help deliver and embed Microsoft 365 across the Trust. We’re looking for highly motivated self-starters, who are skilled at developing relationships and helping our staff get the most out of this new way of working. You should be well organised, have good admin skills and be passionate about IT in healthcare.
This role is offered on a fixed term basis, for 18 months.
As an NHS Global Centre of Digital Excellence (GDE), we are implementing an exciting digital programme across a wide range of care settings and technologies. This role is in the Digital Programme team which leads on implementing digital projects in the hospital and wider community. We are part of the Informatics team which includes IT, clinical systems and business intelligence. The Informatics team is forward thinking and has national recognition for the innovative solutions and systems it has implemented over the years. In this role you’ll be working with an established project team to:
Contribute to the delivery of Microsoft 365 across the Trust
Deliver end-user support and training for Microsoft products
Provide support to the digital project managers
You will have excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft products, good communication skills and able to undertake written work to a high standard
You will be a great organiser, highly motivated, flexible and a self starter
The ability to multi-task is essential as you’ll be required to support multiple strands of work
You will have a flexible approach and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting where you'll meet a different challenge every day
