The hyper acute stroke unit is a 9 bedded unit within neurosciences. Admissions come direct from ED to administer thrombolysis treatment, where appropriate intra-arterial clot retrieval and commence on the stroke pathway.

We are looking for two enthusiastic senior health care assistants to enhance and contribute to our rapidly evolving and exciting service within our neurosciences care group.

If you have proven experience in a caring role, an understanding of the acute hospital environment and the role of health care assistant we would like to hear from you. You will need to be hard working, with a compassionate and caring personality, enjoy working with people and want to make a difference to the patient’s journey with us.
