We require an enthusiastic, well organised and hardworking individual to deliver an effective and highly competent level of administrative support to a busy maintenance team within the Estate & Capital Developments Directorate.
The successful applicant will have experience working in a busy office environment, preferably within the NHS or similar maintenance organisation, along with skills and knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office. As a keen team worker, you should also be capable of prioritising your workload to meet deadlines.
You will need the ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and ensuring confidentiality. Training on Trust/Estates systems will be provided. However, previous use of Oracle and Healthroster systems will be an advantage.
Main duties will include secretarial support to technical managers and staff rostering, although additional support may also include finance, helpdesk and other administrative activities.
