Job overview

Two exciting opportunities have become available at the University Hospital Southampton, NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) in the Division D Business and Information Team. One post will be a 2-year fixed term and the other will be for 1-year fixed term contract.

We require motivated, enthusiastic, well-organised and hard working individuals to join our team.  We are looking for candidates with excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate well and appropriately with all levels of staff together with a wide variety of people.

The successful candidates would join an established team of 6/7 that works with all the care groups within the Division and offers the opportunity to gain a unique insight to how each care group functions both operationally and strategically.

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates to widen their skills working with the various trust databases and information that is available.

We support flexible working and will consider requests taking into account the needs of the service. UHS employees are able to access a range of NHS discounts, are entitled to a minimum of 35 days paid holiday (pro rata), and we offer a generous pension scheme.

Southampton is an attractive place to live and work situated on the south coast, with an international airport and direct trains to London.
