We are seeking to appoint a dynamic candidate to join our existing consultant team working within an exceptional multidisciplinary team at University Hospital Southampton. The 10PA post will cover endocrinology, diabetes and general internal medicine, with a focus on further developing tertiary specialist endocrinology, developing a sustainable GIM inpatient model and building on integration with community diabetes services in Southampton.
Appointed candidate will join our thriving teaching hospital and an award winning team of 5 existing diabetes and endocrine consultants, 2 academic consultants, 2 GIM consultants, a consultant pharmacist, 6 diabetes specialist nurses, 3 endocrine nurses and 2 specialist dietitians.
