Radiology is looking for and enthusiastic and motivated person who has a professional and friendly manner, to join our Radiology Admin Team in a full-time role. Duties will be varied but will include the provision of a comprehensive administration service to Consultants and staff within the radiology departments, and supporting the Income Manager in month-end income processes and dealing with income queries.

The department runs a service covering Monday to Sunday 8am to 10pm

ABOUT THE TEAM

-The Radiology Admin Department is a large group of staff covering Ultrasound, X-ray, MRI, CT, Interventional Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, providing all aspects of secretarial and admin support to Radiographers, Nurses and Consultant Radiologists, to ensure the best possible journey for all patients undergoing diagnostic examinations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

-Support the Income Manager at month-end and deal with queries.

-Answer the telephones and deal with patient enquiries

-Book patient appointments as needed

-Cover the reception desk if required

-Scanning, filing and everyday office administration duties

-We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills who can be flexible in their approach to work.

-Someone who can use their own initiative to prioritise workload, pre-empt problems and maintain confidentiality.
