An opportunity has arisen to join a small, friendly and dedicated team within the Princess Anne Hospital as the Breast Imaging Unit Office Manager. This role is varied, interesting and crucial to ensuring an excellent patient experience.

This is a very busy role and we are therefore looking for someone enthusiastic and excited to take on a new challenge. In return, this post offers excellent development opportunities.

You will work within the Breast Imaging Unit to facilitate the smooth running of the patient journey by ensuring that co-ordinated and streamlined administrative processes revolve around the patient and their individual needs.

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise a demanding workload. You will work well as part of a team and have a desire to provide a first class service for patients and clinical teams

 

You should have experience of working in an acute NHS Trust and knowledge of the National Cancer Screening Programmes.

Informal visits are highly recommended.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
