Are you ready for a fresh new way of working? Looking to expand your current nursing skills in a variety of care settings? Interested in the opportunities within a bespoke rotation and development scheme?
We are a group of Trusts working in partnership to transform how we deliver care across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, with an exciting new rotation scheme – helping us to build a network of nursing staff with the skills to deliver exceptional care within an acute, community and mental health setting.
The rotations available will be with the following Trusts:
You will spend 6 months in rotations across a number of the above organisations (18 months in total rotation ahead of a permanent placement).
What is key to this role is that you have successfully completed your preceptorship and have the enthusiasm and ability to be stretched across different health providers. This will require excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of the multi-disciplinary team along with a positive attitude to service developments.
In return we will ensure that you are developed, supported and mentored throughout the programme. You will undertake a leadership development programme to support your future development and aspirations for the next stage in your career.
At the end of the rotation, you will have the choice of a permanent position within one of the NHS Employers, or to continue with the rotation between the organisations. We will work with you to establish where your skills and aspirations lie, and source your perfect role within your choice of organisation.
