The candidate will need to be confident on the phone and able to use their initiative and judgement in order to deal with all enquires. The candidate will work closely with their colleagues and a multidisciplinary team including nurses and consultants to deliver a high level of care to the patients that caters to their individual needs.

The candidate will be a strong team player and work closely with colleagues to provide cross cover for other Patient Pathway Coordinators/Medical Secretaries to ensure a consistent and effective administration service is maintained at all times.
